Are you tax exempt?

Before you bid on items, provide us with some more information on your tax exemption status here. If approved, your future purchases of items which qualify for tax exemption will automatically have the associated taxes removed. Tax exemptions may take up to 1-2 business days to review and approve. If you have any questions specifically about the taxes charged on your invoice from which you ought to be exempt, or any further tax-specific questions, please contact us at +1-402-420-3719.

Purchasing for Agricultural Use?

Assets that are used solely for agricultural purposes will be removed with the Jurisdictional Ag Exemption. If you have purchased an asset that can be used for other purposes (e.g. air compressor, forklift, etc.) you will likely need an additional statement of use.

Please reach out to AskSupport@ritchiebros.com or +1-402-420-3719 for assistance.

Some states permit documents to be stored for customers with ongoing business relationships with Ritchie Bros. Choosing the ‘blanket exemption’ option retains your documents for future use, whereas a one-time exemption makes this document available for just this transaction.
